- have amblyopia or as some call it a lazy eye. one eye is weaker than the other.

You can even do eyelid exercises. Do this by placing your finger over your eyebrow and pulling up the skin. Now open and close your eye and hold for a count of 6. This will restore the muscles in your eyelids. Other essentials for healthy eyesThe best thing for your eyes is rest. Getting enough sleep with help you and your eyes rest. What is enough sleep? Eight hours is good .Make sure to wash any your eyes every night. This will keep them from getting irritated or infected.
